Last year, Peet settled our final allotment at the award-winning Lightsview community in Adelaide.
Lightsview has been recognised nationally for its well-considered masterplan design, high quality and innovative built form and interconnected open spaces, ultimately delivering one of Australia’s most liveable suburbs.
We were able to successfully blend affordable housing aimed at first home buyers and downsizers, with premium larger homes in exclusive enclaves for the higher-end buyer creating a diverse, thriving community.
Lightsview was one of the first communities in Australia to deliver innovative lightweight terrace product on narrow frontages, using timber frames and clever designs built to maximise the floorplan and create light-filled spaces.
Developed in partnership with Renewal SA, the vision for Lightsview has now been fully realised and leaves a legacy that we can all be proud of.
