Buying Process

2. Pay a $1,000 deposit
3. Complete the sales instructions
4. Obtain finance
5. Review contract with your solicitor
6. Exchange contracts on 5% or 10%
7. Plan your new home
8. Settle on your lot and pay the outstanding amount on the lot price
9. Build your new home
10. Move into your new home

However, if you do, you’ll have the assurance that your builder has a thorough understanding of our design guidelines. This will help to speed up approvals and make the process of building your home easier.
