Googong houses biggest display village in the region
The biggest display village in the region is open in Googong, giving potential home buyers more choice than ever when it comes to planning for their future home.
The 16 display homes have been built by 12 different builders, representing the range of homes available as part of the house and land packages in Googong.
Googong sales consultant, Leon Buchanan explained the extensive display village will have something for everyone and encouraged anyone contemplating buying land to take a look.
“We understand purchasing a block of land without being able to see a finished product can be a daunting experience. Display villages are a great way around this. They provide inspiration for future homes, allow buyers to connect with potential builders, and give people a feel for what they want in a home,” said Mr Buchanan.
“Googong offers great value when compared to other blocks in the region, as well as offering significant lifestyle benefits and a vibrant connected community. Given the current interest in moving to Googong, the timing of the new display village couldn’t be better.”

Googong is a joint venture by leading Australian developers Peet and Mirvac and is currently home to almost 8,000 people of an expected 18,000 at completion. This year marked the tenth anniversary of the township which already boasts a primary school, a EL to year 12 Anglican school, a Village Shopping Centre, significant sports facilities and open space. Googong Central town centre and a public high school are proposed to open in the coming years.
