Stage 7B – Fredrick Park

February saw significant progress in Stage 7B, with multiple milestones reached.

The retaining wall program is now over 50% complete, with works advancing through both Greenham and Harbury areas. Additionally, engineering access on Oaken is complete, enabling a large number of engineers to access the site.
Looking ahead, we will focus on completing the remaining roadworks and kerb installation throughout the remainder of the stage. The Common Service Trenches have also commenced and will continue into April. Asphalt installation is forecast to take place once these preparatory works are finished.
In April, we will be moving forward with access to the remaining portion of the site, following the completion of the roadworks. Builders will be notified as we approach this phase to ensure smooth coordination and access.
Exciting progress is also being made at Frederick Reserve, with footpaths nearing completion. Civil works are expected to be fully completed by the end of this month.
