Upon completion, the Fort Largs community will comprise circa 250 new homes, including premium beachfront properties, custom designed homes built on land allotments and Torrens titled terraces.
When will Fort Largs be completed?
We have a number of residents living at Fort Largs now, with a further 100+ homes under construction. Stages 1-5 are fully complete, with all roads and infrastructure now handed over to Council and relevant authorities. Construction of the sixth and final stage is due for completion in approximately late 2025. Following this, public realm landscaping works are due for completion in approximately late 2026.
Will there be parks and reserves at Fort Largs?
Fort Largs masterplan includes a linear reserve offering direct pedestrian links to the beach, Fort and exisiting Roy Marten Reserve. Fundamental to the character and functionality of Fort Largs will be the individual streets and reserves – almost 300 new trees will be planted throughout the community.
