The Avenue’s Traffic Park and Playground
The Avenue’s 1.3 hectare Traffic Park and Playground features a transport theme which will be carried throughout future parks within the estate), a custom bike track with road rules, a bus play structure, equipment for younger kids, a multi-sports floor, BBQ and picnic facilities, and much more.
You can find it along Lexington Avenue, located off of Rowley Road.
Fire Station Park
Fire Station Park continues the transport theme and is complete with swings, monkey bars, nature play logs and a bright red fire truck! The bike paths feature road rules and connect with the feature Traffic Park at the centre of the estate.
Located at the entry of our community, along Lexington Avenue.
The Birrega Living Stream
Enjoy watching the Birrega Living Stream come to life at The Avenue. This unique feature will provide residents with the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds.

Araluen Botanic Park

Community Grants
The Avenue Community Grants Program provides eligible local community groups and clubs with the funding to support their projects, activities and events, or seek assistance in purchasing essential equipment.

To enable approved grant funding to be provided in a timely manner, please submit an application at least two months prior to your project, activity or event being scheduled or in advance of when the equipment is required.
