    When Peet partnered with DevelopmentWA to bring The Village at Wellard to life, it was about so much more than just building houses — it was about cultivating a community that beautifully combines the ease of urban living with the charm of a true village atmosphere.

    From its early days, The Village at Wellard offered something different.
